At Lowered Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original mailer or a similar protective bag and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
